Italian Speaking Content Moderator - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content for adherence to community guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to users to enhance content quality.
• Quickly identify and report inappropriate or harmful content.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain content quality standards.
• Stay updated on community guidelines and content moderation practices.
• Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records as needed.
• Participate in training to improve moderation skills and understanding of the role.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
• Experience in content moderation or related fields is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues in content.
• Able to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment skills to evaluate content accurately.
• Willingness to work remotely while residing in Greece.
