Job description

Introduction

You will be the driving force behind delivering value from day one—leading onboarding, renewals, and expansion efforts. You will own your own portfolio of key customers. Novo Nordisk, EDC, Jyske Bank, Dansk Industry, Danløn to mention a few. 
You will also be the right hand in leading the team of CSMs. Sharing your knowledge, improving process, doing strategic projects that will improve the team's efficiency and company's NDR.
You’ll collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure customers get the value they deserve while shaping our customer success strategy.

In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of your own customer portfolio, guiding them through the onboarding process and driving first value, adoption, expansion, and renewals.
  • Influence the direction and implementation of customer success at Contractbook, leveraging your experience and insights to contribute to the innovation and success of the team
  • Help managing the team of CSMs, train, support and help others grow.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and alignment on customer needs.
  • Coordinate with customer support to resolve customer issues and improve the onboarding experience. 
  • Collaborate with product leadership to align customer success with product roadmap

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience within SaaS, focusing on owning revenue in the company, including areas like retention, upselling, and NDR growth.
  • Experience managing enterprise customers 
  • Capability of building and maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships focused on value creation, taking customers from onboarded to expanded, and engaging key clients effectively.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to spot opportunities that expand the Contractbook footprint within the customer while at the same time adding value.
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to be part of a young organisation that envisions a world where customer success, sales and product are tightly aligned, contributing to the best possible customer experience.
  • Technical experience and working with SMBs is a BIG PLUS but not necessary
