These exciting tasks await you: 

• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device and app management
• Develop and maintain policies for device and application management
• Support the integration of Intune with other Microsoft 365 services
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues (Incident and Service Request)
• Document processes and procedures to ensure best practices are followed

Your profile:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT administration, with a focus on Microsoft Intune
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services
• Experience in implementing security policies and management solutions for devices
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g. PowerShell)
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Team-oriented work style and high level of commitment
• Very good knowledge of German and fluent English
