This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in Figma to create three weekly ads for our grocery store client. Each week, you will receive a spreadsheet containing 50-70 products, including names, prices, sizes, and images. Your role will involve accurately incorporating this information into pre-formatted ad layouts, ensuring meticulous attention to spelling and formatting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Use Figma to update and create three weekly ads based on pre-formatted layouts.
  • Data Integration: Accurately input product information from spreadsheets into the ad designs.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all spelling, pricing, and product details are correct.
  • Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines and formatting consistency across all ads.
  • Quality Assurance: Review designs for errors and make necessary corrections before submission.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to meet weekly deadlines.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail or advertising.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma; strong understanding of layout design and typography.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in spelling, formatting, and data accuracy.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight weekly deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Remote Work: Experience working remotely with teams across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Data Handling: Comfortable working with large spreadsheets and organizing data effectively.
