Description

We are a rapidly growing company in the recruitment industry, known for delivering top-tier freelance recruiters to fast-growing tech startups across Europe. As we scale our business, we are looking for a strategic, highly networked individual to kick off and lead our Business Development efforts. This person will be responsible for building robust referral systems, developing strong relationships, and working closely with marketing to ensure the flow of passive leads.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the business development strategy, focusing on networking and establishing a robust referral network within the recruiting industry.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including VPs of People, Heads of Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between BD efforts and passive lead generation.
  • Design and implement scalable processes for client acquisition and business growth.
  • Build and manage a business development team over time.
