Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager to join our team on a freelance basis in Denmark. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations across various business areas. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, meeting deadlines, and aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
  

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Finance, Operations, Customer Engagement, etc.) across diverse industries.
    
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
    
  • Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and manage project scope to meet delivery goals.
    

• Stakeholder Management:
  

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (clients, technical teams, and functional consultants) to ensure project objectives are met.
    
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present progress updates, and address potential challenges.
    
  • Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
    

• Risk Management & Problem Solving:
  

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
    
  • Resolve issues and bottlenecks by working closely with technical and functional teams.
    

• Budget & Timeline Control:
  

  • Monitor project progress against the budget and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
    
  • Prepare regular status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
    

• Team Leadership & Coordination:
  

  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between developers, consultants, and business stakeholders.
    
  • Provide guidance and direction to project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.
    

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects (experience with Finance, Operations, Sales, or Customer Engagement is a plus).
  
• Strong project management skills, with a solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within scope, budget, and timelines.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while coordinating with international teams.
  
• Fluent in English (Danish language skills are advantageous).
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  
• Experience in various industries such as finance, retail, manufacturing, or public sector.
  
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure, or other Microsoft technologies.
