This is a remote position.
Scope:
approximately 20 hours per week
Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM, Fortitude Valley, QLD
Potential to increase hours and responsibilities as the business grows
Focus on properties in the Redhill suburb of Brisbane, with possible expansion to other areas
Work remotely, collaborating with you via online tools and platforms
Responsibilities:
Cross-reference data between RP data and ID for me platforms to create accurate property owner lists
Compile and maintain call lists for real estate prospecting
Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all lead generation activities
Use common sense and critical thinking to match property details with owner information
Regularly update and clean the database to maintain its relevance and accuracy
Requirements:
Proficiency in data entry and database management
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
