Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:  Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm AZ time 

General Purpose of Position:
Primary goal of the Data Entry Agent is to support multiple departments with accurate data
input into various programs and formats. Working directly with the CEO for varying projects
data management, virtual assistance, and project closeouts.

Summary of Responsibilities/Duties:
Sales:
● Upload Vendor Price Sheets
● Manually update inbound call reports
● Transfer new leads into Salesforce
● Reach out to new leads from Squarespace for discovery call scheduling
● Update inbound call report manually with details

Operations:
● Client portal creation in Salesforce
● Enter weekly timesheet hours in Salesforce
● Salesforce (SF) Project Closeout Documentation
● SF Operations Data Entry

Engineering:
● Enter itemized lots into SF
● Enter itemized quotes into SF


Requirements
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Experience with analyzing data and handling complex information.
  • Comfortable working with Salesforce CRM, Smartsheets, Slack, and Google G Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining customer relationships.
  • Must demonstrate thoroughness, confidentiality, and exceptional documentation abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or with data entry tasks is highly encouraged.
