We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Manager to spearhead our partner initiatives in North America. Join our entrepreneurial team dedicated to expanding our partner ecosystem and driving mutual success.

Do what you do best:
  • EXECUTE AND DEVELOP the Channel Strategy across the North American market for baramundi
  • MANAGE AND RECRUIT a group of strategic regional partners; this is a hunter role
  • DEVELOP MARKETING STRATEGY with the North America Marketing leader to drive Demand Generation
  • LEAD the North America Channel strategy to drive New Business and New Logos
  • CONTRIBUTE regularly to baramundi’s WW Channel program and strategy, including gathering and providing input into the broader WW approach
  • TRACK AND REPORT on all phases of activities, including but not limited to Quota Performance, Channel Forecasts, and Pipeline Reports
  • PARTNER with Regional Account Executives to set and execute channel strategy
  • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE channel strategy to support multiple mid-market territories
  • LEAD regular business performance reviews with management and various stakeholders
  • BE YOURSELF and find your place in our diverse and helpful team
What we appreciate about you:
  • 4+ years in direct & channel sales, ideally in IT operations and/or Cyber Security
  • 3+ years building a high growth channel business with an IT/Security vendor
  • Proven success in achieving revenue quotas
  • Experience recruiting new partners and building channel territories
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of channel operating models and sales motions in IT and Cybersecurity
