We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the  UK office (London, Birmingham, Newcastle or Sleaford).

Key responsibilities:
  • Needs Assessment and Analysis: Understand our client's financial processes, systems, and requirements and recommend suitable configuration that align with their business goals

  • Software Implementation: Install and configure software to meet our clients requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and operations.

  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training on software, ensuring staff can efficiently use the new tools, and offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and optimise performance.

  • Customisation and Configuration: Tailor the software to meet specific business needs, including setting up reporting templates, workflows, and automation for financial tasks.

  • Data Migration: Ensure smooth migration of financial data from legacy systems to the new software, verifying data integrity and accuracy during the transition.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Support clients in ensuring their configuration complies with regulatory standards, financial reporting requirements, and internal security protocols to mitigate risk

Requirements:

  • Appropriate knowledge, experience, and certification relevant to finance in the UK

  • Appropriate experience of financial regulations and economic trends in the context of social housing

  • Proven experience as a consultant, or solid experience as a practitioner

  • Strong functional and technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible way

  • Organised, methodical, and with a sound commercial approach

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
