  • Creating local promotional materials aligned with both local and global brand plans for use by the sales force and through digital channels.

  • Developing the country promotional budget and managing expenditures in line with the approved budget.

  • Upholding the highest ethical and compliance standards personally and throughout the marketing team.

This role may be for you if:

  • You're a proactive self-starter who can lead work independently, with the ability to see the next step and take actions without prompting due to the role being an independent contributor, possess strong presentation and communication skills

  • You're able to provide succinct, strategic, and practical insights to senior management

  • You're able to work strategically and effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing, and expanding environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver highest quality of work.

  • You have an outstanding work ethic and integrity, including high ethical and scientific standards.

To be considered, you have a Bachelor's degree or a similar academic qualification, preferably with a science background. You possess over 10 years of experience in biotech/pharma brand marketing, including more than 5 years in leadership roles.
