Marketing Specialist
This position is located in Framingham, Massachusetts
This is a Contract Role

Overview
Digital Marketing is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our email team as an Email Marketing Contractor. This role will contribute to our email and digital marketing initiatives, supporting content creation, creative development, and evaluation. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing email and digital content aligned with business priorities and sales performance goals.
  • Collaborate with the Email Supervisor and Media Performance team to drive weekly email creative and production, ensuring on-brand, engaging content that encourages site and in-store traffic.
  • Provide clear guidance and direction to the team’s student co-op.
  • Oversee creative calendars, manage organization of email assets, update weekly documents, and perform quality assurance on emails for accuracy.
  • Create concise, strategically sound briefs and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay informed on competitive email trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; additional software experience not required.
  • 1-2 years of brand marketing experience; email marketing experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communicator with skills in brief writing, creative evaluation, and strategic feedback.
  • Effective collaborator with the ability to build relationships across multiple teams and adapt to various team dynamics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Open to fully remote candidates.
Pay Range: pay range for this role is $25 - $35 per hour
