A Day in The Life:
BeMo has an immediate need for an experienced, top caliber Director of Marketing to help our marketing department with strategy and execution of both digital and offline marketing to help us continue our exponential growth and scaling the business by 10X to 100X.
What you will do:
- Increase lead generation by 10X within a mutually agreed upon time frame.
- Monitor and train our paid ad manager and our content/SEO manager.
- Create systems and direct execution of such systems for efficient paid ad and SEO monitoring and management.
- Create and direct execution of paid ad and SEO strategies.
- Direct and plan split testing strategies SEO, paid ads and website landing pages.
- Help with hiring of new team members for content, and paid ad departments.
- Direct and monitor execution of quarterly KPIs.
- Attend weekly managerial meetings.
We’d Love to Hear From You if You…
- Bring at least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Director with a direct-to-consumer brand.
- Have a proven track record of driving brand growth from 8 to 9+ figures.
- Have successfully led a team of 5+ members for a minimum of 5 years.
- Have managed annual advertising budgets ranging from 7 to 8 figures.
- Are available for a part-time commitment of 8 to 10 hours per week.
- Have significant expertise in scaling brands by 10X to 100X in a short timeframe.
- Possess deep expertise in digital marketing, traditional marketing, and strategies for exponential brand growth.
- Are highly skilled in paid advertising and organic website growth strategies.
- Excel in using analytics to map and understand the entire customer journey.
Our Hiring Process:
