Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present a rewarding opportunity for a Czech Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistant located in Greece. If you are fluent in Czech and have a commitment to helping others during emergencies, this role is designed for you!

In your role as an Emergency Roadside Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for Czech-speaking clients experiencing vehicle difficulties. Your ability to remain composed and effectively communicate will be essential in providing support during urgent situations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Answer emergency roadside assistance calls from Czech-speaking clients efficiently and professionally.
  • Evaluate each emergency situation to provide appropriate guidance and solutions.
  • Coordinate with local service teams to ensure timely assistance is dispatched.
  • Keep detailed records of all client interactions and assistance provided.
  • Offer reassurance and clear instructions to clients while they wait for service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating client databases and service records.
  • Stay informed about the company's services and protocols to enhance client support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, emergency response, or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong empathy for clients.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable using technology and software related to roadside assistance operations.
