Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via online chat, email, and social media platforms.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services to support informed client interactions.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance and follow-up.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to overall service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in an online customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
  • Problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to customer concerns.
