Assist Polish-speaking clients in planning and booking eco-friendly travel experiences across Greece.
Provide tailored recommendations on sustainable travel options, including green accommodations and local activities.
Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
Proactively resolve client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and a smooth travel experience.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and travel arrangements.
Stay current with the latest trends in sustainable tourism and eco-friendly initiatives in Greece.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and promote eco-friendly travel solutions.

Requirements

Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the travel or eco-tourism sector.
Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of sustainable tourism practices is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
