Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assess and resolve client inquiries efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and solutions in our support system to maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client communication.
  • Stay updated on products and services to provide informed assistance.
  • Engage with clients proactively to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in client support or customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and handle inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient with customer support software and technologies.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Currently residing in Greece or willingness to work during Greek time zones.
