Job description

Position Overview:
RecruitGo is in search of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Outbound Sales who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach efforts. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team. The SDR will be measured on their ability to drive lead generation activities, secure appointments, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.

We seek someone innovative, empathetic, community-oriented, adaptable, and flexible. You should have great attention to detail, be a self-starter, and possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
 

Responsibilities:
  •    Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
  •    Research and build lists of targeted accounts based on the ideal customer profile.
  •    Maintain a consistent daily/weekly cadence of outbound activities to meet outreach targets.
  •    Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
  •    Use discovery questions to determine if the prospect is a good fit for the company’s products/services.
  •    Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they are ready to engage with the sales team.
  •    Secure meetings or calls between qualified leads and the appropriate sales representatives.
  •    Ensure all scheduled appointments are logged accurately in the CRM system.
  •    Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information ahead of the meeting.
  •    Keep track of all leads and prospects in the CRM, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  •    Monitor the pipeline to ensure it is healthy and growing, with regular follow-ups to advance prospects through the sales funnel.
  •    Work closely with the sales team to align on target accounts and sales strategies.
  •    Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and the effectiveness of campaigns.
  •    Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and refine approaches.
  •    Prepare and submit regular reports on outbound activity, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  •    Track and report on key metrics, such as the number of calls made, emails sent, leads generated, and appointments set.
