HR Business Partner, Canada Market

We are searching for an HR Business Partner to help us grow and develop high performing, empowered teams! 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues 

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process 

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization 

  • Nurture a positive working environment 

  • Oversee and manage a performance review system that drive and recognize high performance 

  • Maintain payroll, compensation plan and benefits programs 

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs 

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management 

 

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS 

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager, HRBP, or similar role 

  • People oriented and results driven 

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases – Workday, ADP 

  • Ability to architect strategy while demonstrating strong leadership skills 

  • Ability to resolve complex employee relations issues 

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills 

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company 

  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian Labor Law and risk avoidance 

  • Experience with pay equity 

  • Experience with immigration processes 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • Ability to influence through strong relationships, data, and wise, unbiased counsel 

  • Comfortable being a hands-on team player as well as a thought partner to our managers
