Responsibilities
- Inspect completed work to check that all operations have been completed correctly and that machinery and equipment conform to specification, regulations and safety standards
- Perform skilled maintenance and repair service such as mechanical, electrical and facility systems
- Leading adequate technical documentation of machines, equipment and installation required by related regulations
- Management of daily maintenance of buildings, equipment, spare parts and outside areas according to maintenance plan
- Safety responsible for the function and actively participation in safety improvement in the factory
- Management of external suppliers, contractors (technical aspects) according to agreed rules and work performed, conduct trainings for external companies
- Use ‘Lean’ and ‘TPM’ principles in case of new and present equipment and processes.
- Active participation in continues improvement of ISO 9001. ISO 14001
Qualifications and competences
- Education related to mechanics, electrics, automatics or mechatronics
- 3-5 years of experience on the similar role
- Experience working on production is required
- Knowledge of English language B2 - verbal and written
- SEP certification is good to have
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Planning, organizing and teamwork skills
- Responsibility and stress resilience
- Ability to work under time pressure
