File Annual Report/Franchise Tax for Delaware, Wyoming, Nevada LLCs

We are seeking an experienced Tax Specialist to manage the filing of Annual Reports and Franchise Taxes for our Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) registered in Delaware, Wyoming, and Nevada. This role requires a deep understanding of the tax codes and regulations specific to each state, as well as a commitment to accuracy and timeliness in all filings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing tax filings for multiple entities across these states, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax liabilities.

Responsibilities

Tax Preparation and Filing

- Prepare and file annual reports and franchise taxes for LLCs registered in Delaware, Wyoming, and Nevada, ensuring compliance with state-specific requirements and deadlines.

- Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements and records to accurately calculate owed taxes and identify opportunities for tax savings.

- Stay updated with changes in tax legislation in each state, advising on potential impacts and planning strategies accordingly.

Compliance and Advisory

- Monitor compliance with state and federal tax laws, advising on adjustments as needed to ensure ongoing compliance.

- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to minimize liabilities and optimize financial performance.

- Assist in resolving any tax-related issues or audits that may arise with state tax authorities.

Client Communication and Management

- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients regarding tax filings, deadlines, and any required documentation.

- Offer guidance and support to clients on tax-related matters, ensuring they understand their obligations and entitlements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and confidence through professional and accurate tax services.

Requirements

Technical Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA designation is highly preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and filing for LLCs, with specific experience in Delaware, Wyoming, and Nevada.

- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Deep understanding of state-specific tax regulations and reporting requirements for Delaware, Wyoming, and Nevada.
