Job description

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping US EDT working hours.

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor

Salary Range: $1,500 up to $1,800 per month

Work Schedule: Variable/on-call, 40 hours per week

Locations: Remote, open to candidates in the Philippines

Holiday Adherence: US Holidays

PTO Entitlement: 15 days per year

Role Overview:

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our innovative clean energy company. You will work closely with various teams, including engineering and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Your Impact:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring timely updates and access to critical information.

2. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and distribute reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and visibility into key activities and processes.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all administrative functions.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and assess ongoing projects and initiatives to support timely execution and address any emerging challenges.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in startup environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in record keeping and data entry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Technical knowledge or a personal interest in engineering and clean energy topics.
  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement software.
