About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive German-speaking Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and time-management skills, along with experience working in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities.


What you’ll do

  • Business and personal support: Confidential and reliable assistance to management in all administrative and organizational matters, both of a business and private nature.
  • Email management: First point of contact for all business and private emails; prioritization, filtering and processing of all emails before forwarding to management.
  • Calendar management: Independent management of business and private calendars, including deadline monitoring and coordination.
  • Travel management: Organization and support of even complex and short-term travel plans, including booking flights with miles.
  • Stakeholder management: Interface function and coordination of management with all business areas, external partners, relevant institutions and other stakeholders.
  • Administrative activities: data research, preparation of business documents, and minute-taking and documentation.
