About the Role
Dotdigital is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support and guide our prospects and customers in the successful implementation and integration of our email and omnichannel marketing solutions. In this role, you will be at the heart of all customer and prospect-facing technical interactions, including providing demonstrations to new customers, the development of best practice integration guides, providing enablement to our Customer Success and Account Executive teams, and more. You will work closely with multiple teams at Dotdigital to ensure customer success and satisfaction during the initial sales process through onboarding and beyond.
The role will include the following key responsibilities:
- Provide technical and solution consultancy to customers and prospects
- Identify and communicate opportunities for customers to derive value from Dotdigital
- Develop presentations to validate or demonstrate integration proposals
- Offer assistance to customer success and AE teams
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with customers where appropriate
- Create or contribute to integration guides (videos, screenshares, documents)
- Present new features and use cases to customers and prospects through multiple channels
- Assist in developing training and certification programs
- Collaborate closely with product teams to provide feedback on features, product roadmap, and API requirements
- Help formulate and contribute to customer-centric support offerings
- Assist with sales enablement for Sales and Account Management teams
- Attend industry and technology events
About You
The individual will need to have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect/Solutions Consultant, preferably in a SaaS technology environment
- Data/requirement/business analysis skills
- Awareness of multiple API technologies and integration strategies
- Generalized technical knowledge, including APIs, Data storage, Security, Data formats, Protocols, etc.
- Commercial awareness and ability to recognize potential joint value with prospects and customers
- Quick learner of new technologies, APIs, and business propositions
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and costs
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and client-handling skills, able to manage expectations and explain technical details to audiences of varying technical understanding
- Methodical, investigative, and inquisitive mindset
- Excellent presentation skills, including public speaking
- Ability to multitask, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, innovative, and strong problem-solving skills
- Team player and sociable
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
It would be desirable but not necessary to have:
- Experience in the email or omnichannel digital marketing space
- Some of the above skills and experiences might not be required if you have experience working at an ESP, CDP or Omni/Multichannel Marketing Solution Provider in an area providing solutions to customers/partners. For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $130,000 annually + bonus/commission + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
