As a Pavement Analyst you will use our Insights platform to review drone imagery of pavement (asphalt and/or concrete parking lots, driveways, entryways and sidewalks) and provide a thorough and robust analysis of current conditions. Analysis includes the identification of anomalies and other pertinent issues that are presently affecting the pavement. No outside travel or on-site inspections necessary. In doing so, you are dedicated to helping Zeitview meet its operational OKRs.

Responsibilities:

Call on prior experience to provide analysis of pavement conditions based upon drone-captured imagery
Make accurate recommendations for repair/replacement per all identified issues using our Insights platform
Take action on assignments that are ready and available for production in the Operations pipeline
Utilize proper software tools, channels, and workflows to follow standard procedures
Tasks include but are not limited to: handling emails/tickets in Zendesk, inspecting and annotating images and preparing short reports in English that are professional and comprehensive
Ability to work off-hours to get the job done
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience working in or with pavement-type companies and with proven knowledge of asphalt and concrete construction
Knowledge and prior use of the Pavement Condition Index (“PCI”) is a plus
Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently and unsupervised
Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills (Office suite, Slack, Google)
Must have and use own computer
