Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain strong connections with German-speaking clients to understand their unique needs and aspirations
  • Onboard new clients with enthusiasm, providing training and support for a smooth transition
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and proactive service
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that will enhance client value
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations
  • Monitor customer success metrics and provide feedback to improve services
  • Stay updated on industry trends to offer valuable insights to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and an ability to deliver personalized solutions
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and friendly attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • A positive outlook, passion for customer success, and a drive to excel
  • Willingness to embrace an exciting journey by relocating to Greece
