Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to offer a remarkable opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Virtual Assistant in Greece, complete with relocation and accommodation support! This position is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about providing exceptional administrative support while experiencing the beauty of Greece.

In this role, you will assist clients by managing a variety of tasks, including scheduling, communication, and project coordination. If you're proactive, adaptable, and possess excellent multitasking abilities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Manage client schedules and appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle communications via email and other channels in Norwegian & English.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and task organization.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation.
  • Assist clients with various projects and tasks as required.
  • Ensure effective communication to promptly address client inquiries and needs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative capacity is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with a range of software tools for task management and communication.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation and accommodation support provided.
