We’re seeking enthusiastic Outbound Sales Development Representatives in Egypt to join our team remotely and support our expansion into the US market. Join us on this exciting journey!

In this remote role, you will promote InVitro Capital’s products and portfolios, engage potential clients, build relationships, and spark interest.

Job Summary:

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative at InVitro Capital, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach. This role is open only to candidates with a medical background. Your responsibilities will include making outbound sales calls, qualifying potential clients, and ensuring a smooth connection to our innovative solutions. This role is a remote role and our working hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential clients in the long-term care and assisted living sectors.
  • Present our company healthcare services and solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits, cost-effectiveness, and positive impact on patient outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects through effective follow-up communication, addressing their concerns, and offering excellent customer support.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and share market feedback.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a pharmaceutical or related discipline is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B & B2C sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in the healthcare and medical sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making support.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions in challenging situations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with the US healthcare industry, particularly in long-term care or assisted living.
