As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in fueling Bolt Business' growth by identifying high-potential leads and setting up meetings for our Enterprise Sales team, while being responsible for engaging with prospects and nurturing relationships.

You’ll work closely with Senior Business Development Managers, and other key teams to ensure a steady flow of opportunities, while also improving prospecting strategies and techniques.

  • <point>Continuously optimizing your prospecting techniques and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, while tracking key metrics like meetings booked and Sales Accepted Leads (SAL).</point>
  • <point>Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Team Lead, sharing insights on pipeline performance.</point>
