What is the role?
As a
Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in our recruiting efforts, working closely with hiring managers to identify top technical talent. Your mission: find the brightest Product Managers and Analysts (Product, Business, Data, System, and CX) of all seniority levels. You'll dig into the product understanding, develop tailored sourcing strategies, engage candidates, and ensure we build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their tech hiring needs and develop spot-on recruitment strategies.
Source & Engage: Use job boards, social media, networking events, and creative channels like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Slack to find top talent.
Interview & Assess: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
Build Pipelines: Keep a steady pipeline of candidates ready for current and future openings.
Brand Ambassador: Help promote our employer brand in the tech community to attract the best talent.
Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and best practices to refine our recruitment process.
Team Projects: Contribute to Talent Acquisition team projects to build the world's best recruitment function.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Experienced Tech Recruiter: You have 3-5 years of experience in tech recruitment with a deep understanding of product and analytical roles (Product Managers, Head of Product, all kinds of Analysts, etc).
Product-Savvy: You know your way around product development, market specificity, product trends, and analytical stack (Python, SQL, BI tools, etc).
Tools Master: Skilled at sourcing talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack, and more.
Strong Communicator: You can craft compelling outreach messages and keep candidates engaged. You know how to cope with many business stakeholders and negotiate the best for both parties.
Organized: You're great at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Data-Driven: You know how to track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies.
Passionate About Product: You love technology and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
