Job Overview

Join our innovative digital transformation practice as a ServiceNow Client Director, where you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and play a crucial role in expanding our ServiceNow offerings. Reporting directly to the Sales Leadership team, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy in your decision-making process while contributing to our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients to comprehend their long-term IT and business objectives, ensuring alignment with customized ServiceNow solutions.
  • Propel new business initiatives by generating sales revenues and identifying opportunities with current clientele.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects and existing clients to formulate actionable sales strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate on sales strategies and marketing efforts aimed at driving revenue growth.
  • Consistently meet and surpass established sales quotas.
  • Develop and maintain robust partnerships with ServiceNow Account Executives and strategic allies.
  • Collaborate on the creation of proposals, ensuring they align with project goals and client success.
  • Provide detailed briefings and handovers to facilitate smooth transitions to our delivery teams.
  • Share your insights and expertise to bolster our sales and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling ServiceNow professional services or solutions.
  • Proven experience in consultative sales; familiarity with ValueSelling principles is advantageous.
  • A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Proficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Strong capabilities in pipeline management, with a history of forging successful client relationships.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and present effectively to C-level audiences.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, you possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
