Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of debt resolution cases, ensuring clients receive exemplary legal support.
• Conduct a significant volume of telephone consultations, guiding clients through the debt resolution journey and ensuring they are well-informed about their options.
• Supervise settlements, review case documents, and authorize legal instruments prepared by our proficient paralegal staff.
• Deliver professional and empathetic client service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for each client.
  
  

Required Skills

• Attorney licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in handling a high volume of client consultations.
• Exceptional client service skills, with a patient and professional demeanor.
