Job Overview

As an Associate Attorney, you will become an integral part of our committed legal team, striving to deliver outstanding representation for clients across Florida. Your role will encompass a diverse array of cases, including third-party property claims, premises liability, and personal injury protection (PIP) matters. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 4 years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience, although other pertinent specialties will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in court and before government entities, advocating on their behalf in civil litigation.
  • Offer expert legal guidance concerning business transactions, claim liability, and clients’ rights and duties.
  • Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations applicable to both individuals and businesses.
  • Draft and prepare critical legal documents, including contracts, leases, and litigation materials.
  • Gather evidence and conduct interviews to support case development and strategy.
  • Negotiate settlements to effectively resolve civil disputes.
  • Supervise and collaborate with legal assistants to manage casework efficiently.
  • Present cases convincingly to judges and juries, articulating arguments clearly and effectively.
  • Engage in ongoing learning to enhance your legal skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications
