We are actively seeking a seasoned Salesforce Development Manager to spearhead a talented team dedicated to crafting, developing, and executing Salesforce solutions across a diverse array of Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation in Salesforce development, project management, and team leadership. This pivotal role will enable you to drive the success of critical Salesforce projects while ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and guide a skilled group of Salesforce developers by providing effective feedback and nurturing professional development.
  • Project Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Salesforce development initiatives. Ensure timely, budget-compliant deliverables that uphold exceptional quality standards.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance efficiency and deliver value.
  • Technical Expertise: Remain abreast of the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices, leveraging this knowledge to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and security protocols while implementing quality control measures for system reliability.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and uphold governance policies to safeguard data integrity, ensure security, and comply with pertinent regulations.
  • Collaboration: Engage in cross-functional teamwork with departments such as sales, marketing, and IT to ensure Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals.
  • Vendor Management: Cultivate relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring project goals and timelines are met.
  • Training & Development: Identify areas for skill enhancement within the team and facilitate training opportunities to boost performance and professional growth.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong project management capabilities, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in leadership, capable of mentoring a team of developers and fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
  • Proficiency in deployment tools such as Gearset, Flosum, and Copado for managing deployment processes.
