Job Title: Recruiter
Location:
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. This remote position requires excellent spoken English and the ability to handle both candidate sourcing and client interactions. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing entrepreneurial candidates for small businesses, while also engaging with clients seeking top talent to run their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive job descriptions for client businesses.
  • Post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards and social channels.
  • Actively engage on social media platforms like Twitter and LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, aspirations, and fit.
  • Maintain a well-organized candidate database and manage candidate relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and act as a sales representative in presenting suitable candidates.
  • Provide excellent customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Utilize recruiting tools, with a focus on Indeed, to maximize candidate reach.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes.

Qualifications:

  • High level of spoken English proficiency for effective communication with candidates and clients.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms, particularly Indeed.
  • Prior experience in recruiting is highly preferable but not necessarily required.
  • Competitive, outgoing, and proactive with a "figure it out" attitude.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong presence in recruitment and client support.
