Job description

HR Business Partner (HRBP) Remote, CLT (Brazil)

Position Overview: Reporting to the HR Director and working as part of a dynamic team of HR professionals, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will collaborate closely with client leadership and HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to develop innovative HR solutions. The HRBP will also lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, supporting the companys mission. Acting as a client account manager, you will ensure the delivery of a comprehensive range of HR services while providing expert advice on critical employee matters. You will play a key role in executing HR strategies aligned with business goals and communicating leadership's vision across the organization.

This is a 100% remote, full-time position based in Brazil. It follows the CLT model, with health insurance and meal vouchers (VR) provided. Due to the nature of the role, advanced English is required, as all communication will be conducted in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a holistic understanding of the organization and proactively support managers and the HR team in fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide HR guidance in areas such as talent management, development, retention, career planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Serve as an advisor to employees and management regarding company policies, employee performance, and work culture, effectively resolving conflicts while minimizing legal risk.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR practices, relevant legislation, and regulations, ensuring compliance across all client groups.
  • Handle inquiries related to HR policies, employee relations, and total rewards.
  • Conduct initial interviews and collect information on employee relations matters, including complaints and concerns.
  • Participate in investigations and gather data for internal and external complaints and other employment-related issues.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR guidelines and fair treatment of all employees.
  • Partner with the COE to develop and execute people strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance, retention, and engagement.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred, HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and coaching managers and employees.
  • Mastery of HR compliance and legal requirements.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency with HR technology platforms and tools for tracking and reporting outcomes (Dayforce preferred).
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and other project tracking software.
