Location: Indiana (with travel to Michigan and Illinois)

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to bolster recruitment strategies and drive local restaurant sales performance.
  • Engage directly with guests to capture insights and feedback, ensuring their experiences align with our esteemed standards.
  • Actively participate in community events to cultivate connections and attract new guests.
  • Conduct thorough local market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Design and implement localized marketing campaigns aimed at boosting sales and fostering community involvement.
  • Organize and oversee various on-site and off-site events, including restaurant openings and community outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure that in-restaurant marketing materials are current and prominently displayed.
  • Assist in formulating and monitoring local marketing budgets, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager with localized social media strategy and audience engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to explore co-promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

  • An Associate's Degree or higher in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A demonstrated capability to implement change in a dynamic setting and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in multi-unit operations (e.g., retail, hospitality, restaurant) and multi-state employer environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana and Salesforce, as well as a Serve Safe Food Handlers certification, is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid or remote work environment.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
