Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by accurately discerning and addressing clients’ travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
  • Keep abreast of current travel trends and destination insights to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Possess extensive knowledge in travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel protection.
  • Design personalized travel itineraries that reflect the unique interests of clients or groups.
  • Manage the entire booking process, ensuring all arrangements meet customer expectations and are executed flawlessly.
  • Assist customers in identifying travel options aligned with their financial plans, offering cost-effective solutions.
  • Promote and sell a variety of travel services and products, including travel insurance and guided tours.
  • Resolve issues proactively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to gather feedback and nurture enduring relationships.
  • Build and cultivate strong partnerships with key clients, associates, and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and competitive activities.
  • Set and surpass ambitious sales goals to contribute positively to the company’s growth trajectory.
  • Exhibit proficiency in various software applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Plex software.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and related travel products is indispensable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong active listening capabilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to meet client needs effectively.
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and relevant software is advantageous.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to cater to customer requirements.

Qualifications
