Job Description

As an SDR/BDR, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s growth strategy. You’ll spearhead targeted outreach campaigns, focusing on email communication with potential clients in the construction industry. Your role is crucial in identifying and qualifying leads, setting the stage for successful sales conversions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of businesses in the trades sector, honing your B2B sales skills while contributing significantly to the company’s expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic email outreach campaigns to potential clients in the construction industry
  • Follow up diligently with prospects through email, with potential expansion to SMS communication
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales manager, facilitating the closing process
  • Maintain meticulous records of all communications and lead statuses in the company’s CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly outreach targets, potential for incentives
  • Collaborate with the business owner to refine and improve outreach strategies
  • Adapt to new tools and technologies as the company scales its sales operations
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven experience or strong aptitude for email outreach techniques
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn B2B sales processes
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to quickly adapt to new software tools
