Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead
Location: United States (East Coast, Remote)
Duration: Fulltime / Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sr. Salesforce Developer/Tech Lead to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will support development and operations activities for multiple Salesforce instances, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and modify functionality based on business requests.
Resolve production issues and manage tech debt.
Execute updates related to Salesforce seasonal releases.
Handle user access requests.

Required Qualifications:

Salesforce Certifications.
Proven experience in Salesforce Platform Development.
Expertise in designing complex flows and declarative development.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend solutions.
Experience with API and Integration, Apex, Salesforce Lightning Development.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
