About the Role:

Are you a roll-up your sleeves and dive-in events professional? Do you love to travel and create meaningful connections with conference attendees, speakers and sponsors? The Channel Company is searching for a key contributor who will support our Event Directors in the creation and execution of exceptional conference content and event experiences. Our ideal candidate has the organizational chops to manage things behind the scenes, a knack for learning new systems, and an outgoing personality to build rapport with Advisory Board members, clients and attendees. We’re looking for someone easily able to juggle multiple priorities and flex their administrative skills. You’ll have a defined list of events where you’ll be responsible for:

  • Contributing to and creating sustaining best practices in speaker and agenda management
  • Researching, vetting and recommending potential speakers
  • Leading all aspects of speaker coordination (agreements, communications, invoicing, prep calls, collecting speaker presentations)
  • Website agenda creation and management including bio collection, posting of session descriptions
  • Creation of PowerPoint decks for Sponsor Prep Calls, Onsite Housekeeping Announcements
  • Coordinating with AV Team for speaker and production needs and- serve as the onsite speaker coordinator at events
  • Creating all event-related surveys, reviewing feedback and implementing suggested improvements
  • Updating sponsorship trackers, keeping all team members aware of what has sold and what is forecasted to sell on a regular basis – alert stakeholders to any concerns on inventory availability, challenges or potential sell-outs
  • Working cross-team with all event department heads to orchestrate flawless events
  • Learning additional job functions and be able to back-up team members when needed
  • Researching competitive events and share findings with department heads on a regular basis
  • Managing pre-event webinars as needed


Strong knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams. SalesForce and Monday.com, Alchemer experience a plus. Ability to travel up to 20% of time. WFH and flexible hours.
