Job Title: Event Coordinator - Remote (WFH)

Job Overview

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional events, ensuring every participant enjoys memorable moments. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing a diverse array of events, from corporate gatherings to virtual celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout all stages of event planning, execution, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather essential information, facilitating accurate event setups and seamless communication with internal teams.
  • Handle correspondence, payments, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision and timeliness.
  • Provide on-site support for events, guiding clients and guests through the experience from setup to conclusion.
  • Conduct tours of the venue for potential clients and assist with local marketing initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the General Manager or Operations Managers.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or administrative roles.
  • Strong self-motivation, work ethic, and a desire for continuous learning and growth.
  • Proficient in managing the sales process with excellent follow-through.
  • Familiarity with software platforms and a keen attention to detail.
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Experience with Salesforce, TripleSeat, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant fields.
  • A demonstrated history of successfully managing events.
