About the area:

Your mission in this area as a Growth Intelligence Analyst will be to provide insights over marketing diagnosis, support the development of improvement levers and act to implement actions  with the objective of optimizing marketplace ROI and increasing QuintoAndar’s Market Share.

As a Growth Intelligence Analyst, you´ll be responsible for:

• Analyze main KPIs’ performance in volume and efficiency - in business, city, channel and campaign granularities - to ensure goals achievements;
• Collect and analyze internal and external data to monitor market and competitors performance;
• Develop frameworks/analysis to support decision making process within Growth team;
• Execute diagnostics to recommend growth and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) reduction levers;
• Own growth funnel characteristics to support stakeholders and leadership doubts;
• Present conversion funnel improvement opportunities to main stakeholders (marketing, product, and operations);
• Support growth initiatives short-term and mid-term strategy planning.

Requirements

• Native Portuguese, advanced in English (mandatory);
• Highly structured: can breakdown very complex problems into manageable, less complex, pieces and work on them;
• Self-organized person that can drive own workstreams;
• Excellent problem solving abilities and ability to drive insight from data;
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to different audiences and influence other;
• Deal with high amount of data (SQL, Alteryx, Excel, etc.) (mandatory).
