Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking clients in planning and booking eco-friendly travel experiences throughout Greece.
• Offer tailored recommendations on sustainable travel options, accommodations, and activities that support environmental conservation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.
• Effectively resolve customer inquiries and challenges related to eco-friendly travel.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and travel arrangements.
• Stay informed about sustainable tourism trends and green initiatives within Greece.
• Collaborate with the team to promote sustainable travel solutions and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the travel or eco-tourism industry.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer care.
• Knowledge of sustainable tourism practices is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
