An elite financial investment company is searching for a highly-skilled Executive Assistant to support the complex financial and personal affairs of the company s principals. This dynamic role demands excellent organizational skills, proactive coordination, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and relationships across different regions and time zones, with many stakeholders in Mexico. The company is looking for candidates with at least 5 years of high-level executive or personal assistant experience who are bilingual and have a strong background or aptitude for financial management. Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 / year DOE

Executive Assistant Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-level administrative or personal/executive assistant role with C-Suite Executives
  • Must have experience working directly with finance, legal, or investments firm professionals on behalf of their Executive
  • Firm understating of compliance concepts pertaining to LLCs, taxes, investments, etc. to ensure deadlines are met
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English to support business interests in Mexico
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, non-corporate environment
  • Ability to attend in-person meetings in San Diego or Tijuana as required

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage complex financial structures including trusts, LLCs, and corporations across the US, Canada, and Mexico
  • Liaise with legal and financial advisors to ensure all business affairs are handled promptly and accurately
  • Maintain schedules, organize meetings, and ensure effective communication between all parties, including occasional in-person meetings
  • Track legal and tax compliance requirements, coordinating with accountants and legal teams
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
