Summary: The SEO Coordinator will support the Director of SEO in implementing search engine

optimization strategies to enhance the online visibility and organic search rankings of

Pyramid Healthcare’s website. This role involves keyword research, content optimization,

and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a

strong interest in SEO and digital marketing within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization and content creation relevant to behavioral health services.
  • Content Optimization: Assist in optimizing website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking, to improve search engine rankings and ensure it aligns with industry-specific keywords.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify SEO strategies and opportunities for improvement within the behavioral health industry.
  • Technical SEO: Assist in identifying and resolving technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed optimization.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies and supports Pyramid Healthcare’s mission and services.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.
  • Google my Business Updates: ensure all citations are up to date with photos, descriptions, calls to action, any location changes or brand changes.

Required Qualifications

Education, Licensure, & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet & indoors. This position will require local travel. This position will be scheduled based on operational need & will be required to provide own transportation.
