We are a leading Australian digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, web design, and online advertising. With a focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients, we're committed to staying at the forefront of digital marketing trends and technologies. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented part-time SEO Specialist to join our team in the Philippines.


About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to work remotely for 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to improve our clients' online visibility and organic search rankings.


Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 9am to 6pm Sydney (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time)


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients.

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify optimisation opportunities and areas of focus.

  • Perform regular SEO audits, providing data-driven recommendations with clear reasoning and documentation.

  • Manage and oversee blog outreach campaigns to build high-quality backlinks.

  • Optimise on-page elements including meta tags, headers, content, and website structure.

  • Monitor and analyse website performance and campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed expectations.

  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and implement effective keyword strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, techniques, and algorithm updates, assessing their potential impact on client results.

  • Identify and diagnose SEO issues, devising effective interventions to overcome obstacles.

  • Implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimisation and mobile-first indexing.

  • Develop strategies to increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings while adhering to white-hat SEO practices.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO management or a similar role

  • Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic

  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Semrush, Yoast SEO, Screaming Frog and other relevant SEO tools.

  • Familiarity with content management systems such as Wordpress and Shopify.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

  • Creativity and strategic thinking to generate content ideas that resonate with our audience.

  • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO best practices
