Key Responsibilities

• Develop logical methodologies for identifying and implementing requirements.
• Write User Stories in Jira to facilitate project tracking and communication.
• Ensure thorough documentation of analysis, operational systems, and maintenance activities.
• Utilize data to discern business patterns and trends, informing strategic decisions.
• Participate actively in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers, system analysts, and users to address and resolve system issues.
• Translate technical documentation for diverse audiences, ensuring clear understanding.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and skills relevant to the role.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient understanding of Software Configuration and Change Management (CM) Lifecycles.
• Familiarity with best practices in the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze, model, and interpret data using various analytical tools and techniques.
• Experience with Jira as a project management tool.
• Exposure to product line management organization structures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
• Strong written communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Attentive to detail with a knack for understanding client requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Git is preferred.
