Job Title: Intermediate Business Analyst

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Duration: 3-month contract or FTC with possible extension

Budget: 300 Euro/ day or 70-80 K Euro/Year gross

Support Concept Area

Context

This project involves a task force established to identify and resolve operational issues within a specific area, focusing on the development of an IT support concept. The task force is responsible for designing processes, negotiating with service providers, clarifying responsibilities, creating management reports, and facilitating workshops. The project aims to ensure a seamless rollout of the support concept for field services, using a Waterfall approach to project management.

Services Required

Coordination and alignment of multiple teams across various locations.

Development of detailed rollout plans and schedules.

Creation and presentation of management-friendly communication materials.

Moderation and follow-up for meetings and workshops (including stakeholders such as management and field employees).

Tracking and managing open issues.

Design and development of the IT support concept for field service.

Support in the preparation and rollout of the support concept.

Project Details

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany (predominantly remote work with occasional onsite meetings).

Service Provision: Initial contract for 50 days, with the possibility of extension. The project requires onshore work in Germany, with remote work being the primary mode of service delivery.

Experience

Technical Requirements:

Minimum 5 Years Of Practical Experience In Business Analysis.

Proven track record in rollout planning and coordination, including the creation of detailed rollout schedules.

Experience in creating high-quality documents for management and stakeholders.

Knowledge of process modeling methods (e.g., BPMN) with at least 3 years of relevant project experience.

Experience in working with field services in the transport, mobility, or logistics sectors.

Previous experience as a PMO (Project Management Office) in at least one project.

Certification in project management (PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA) with at least 3 years of relevant experience in projects.

Skills

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

Familiarity with documentation platforms like CONFLUENCE and Microsoft SharePoint.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office 365 tools.

Ability to design communication strategies for management levels, including CIO, CISO, and other senior leadership.

Strong organizational and coordination skills for large-scale rollout planning.
