Job description

Our client is seeking an ambitious and energetic Account Manager with iGaming experience to drive their growth. This role offers the opportunity to work with a recognized leader in the sector, building high-impact partnerships and expanding into new markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication with partners, providing support, answering inquiries, and resolving account-related issues.
  • Assist partners with product updates and promotional activities.
  • Monitor partner activity on the platform, analyze betting volumes, game engagement, and user behavior, and suggest personalized solutions to enhance profitability and engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and propose additional products or services to existing partners to drive revenue.
  • Develop and implement tailored promotional campaigns that increase GGR, retention, and partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of account management strategies, representing partner interests within the company.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business trips, establishing new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in the iGaming or gambling industry; experience with a casino games provider is a significant plus.
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming market and industry trends.
  • Experience in data analysis to drive informed decisions and suggest client improvements; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Availability for business travel and attendance at industry events as needed.
  • Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
